Payment and insurance

Most major plans are expected to go live in January. We will update this section with an insurance list soon.

We are actively expanding our insurance coverage based on evolving demand. If your insurance is not currently covered, please let us know at help@havenhealth.care so we keep it in mind as we grow.

We also accept self pay (cash) and HSA/FSA.

Every plan works a little differently, so the best way to understand your benefits is to review them directly with your insurance provider. They can explain what your plan covers, what your out-of-pocket costs may be, and how your co-pays, deductibles, and coinsurance work for primary care.

If your visit requires a co-pay, we collect it before your appointment starts.

Some services may generate additional costs depending on what happens during your visit. If anything affects your total, we will let you know and collect any remaining balance.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB or UnionPay. We do not accept cash or checks at this time.

Yes, we currently accept Medicare.

We do not currently accept Medi-Cal.

Self pay (cash) prices are the costs for medical care associated with an appointment or procedure. These costs aren’t reimbursed by insurance. In some cases, you have the option of billing insurance (if accepted) or paying the cash price out of pocket.
