Following a provider to Haven

If your provider has announced that they are joining Haven Health, start by pre-registering. During pre-registration, we’ll ask which insurance carrier you have. Because of the nature of insurance contracting, our insurance coverage will go live on a rolling basis rather than all at once. This means some plans will be available sooner than others.

As soon as we begin accepting your plan, we’ll notify you by email and text with instructions on how to schedule your first visit. Most major plans are expected to go live in January. You can also choose to pay cash for your visit.

Your provider cannot transfer health records over from their previous practice to Haven Health without your permission. When booking your first visit, we will ask if you would like to transfer your records. Selecting "yes" and agreeing to our terms will begin the transfer process.

Rates with insurance and rates without insurance are set by each practice, so they may not match what your provider charged previously. Haven Health sets its own pricing, which may be higher or lower than what you paid before. If you would like to review our current rates before booking, just let us know and we can share them with you.
