Haven's digital prescription products are cash-pay and not billed through insurance. Most purchases are eligible for reimbursement through HSA and FSA accounts. Haven's primary care visits are a separate service and do accept most major insurance plans in California.
Most digital prescription platforms were built by tech companies and designed around subscriptions. Haven's digital offering was born out of a real primary care practice, built by physicians who care as much about clinical rigor as they do about the community they serve. That means every therapy we offer has been evaluated by clinicians who actually practice medicine, not just approved by an algorithm optimized for conversion.

And unlike platforms that automate the clinical side, you're talking to real licensed clinicians who monitor your care, adjust your treatment, and are accountable to you as a patient.
Lab requirements vary by product. Some treatments require bloodwork before we can prescribe, while others don't. Where labs are required, they're included in the cost of your treatment and can be completed at a nearby Haven or Quest Diagnostics location. Your clinician will let you know what's needed as part of your intake review.

Our prescriptions are compounded in the U.S. through our pharmacy partner with decades of experience and strict quality controls.
The active ingredient in every formulation meets USP standards and is sourced from a licensed facility before compounding begins. Every batch is tested to confirm the medication is free from bacteria and other pathogens, meeting the requirements of USP 797. Every batch is tested to ensure harmful bacterial toxins don't exceed the threshold limits defined in USP 85.
After you meet with a provider and they determine you are eligible for treatment, your order will ship within 3-5 business days. Most orders ship within 2 days.
