We are an in-person and online doctor's office designed for LGBTQ+ people. We welcome patients of all backgrounds and communities.
Our care services and technologies are built with LGBTQ+ people at the forefront. Our providers specialize in LGBTQ+ health and work exclusively at Haven Health.
We welcome most commercial insurance plans in California at launch, or you can simply self pay for your services. If you’re using insurance, just pay your co-pay at the time of visit.
We will first see in-person patients at our Los Angeles location (6221 Wilshire Blvd. #216, Los Angeles, CA 90048) and provide digital care throughout California. We’re rapidly expanding both our offices and our telehealth services to other states.
No membership or admin fees are required.
Like a typical doctor’s office, we bill your insurance for the services you receive. Your insurance provider reimburses us for the services rendered. If you choose to self pay, you pay directly for our services. You can see our pricing here for more details.
