No membership or admin fees are required.
Like a typical doctor’s office, we bill your insurance for the services you receive (or bill you directly if you’re paying without insurance). Your insurance provider reimburses us for the services rendered. We’ll soon publish our service costs on our website so you’ll know the full picture before your visit.
First, pre-register. When we officially launch in January, we will reach out to pre-registered patients that meet state and insurance eligibility to schedule their first appointment.
